Contact form
Information submitted through the contact form is used only to respond to your inquiry and discuss the requested service. Do not send passwords, access credentials or other secrets through the form.
AI document demo
A document you upload is sent to the Fenix Systems backend and the OpenAI API service for indexing and question answering. Do not upload confidential, personal, health, financial or otherwise sensitive information.
Deletion and retention
A demo session lasts approximately 60 minutes. Resetting or expiring a session triggers deletion of the temporary OpenAI vector store and uploaded file. A one-day vector-store expiration is also configured as a safeguard. A technical failure may delay automatic deletion.
Your choice
You can use the AI demo with prepared samples without sending your own document. For data access or deletion requests, email contact@fenixsystems.rs.
